If our insoles aren’t perfect for you, you can return them for ANY reason. Once we receive the returned insoles, we will provide a refund for the amount that you paid for the product. You would be responsible for shipping back to our office in San Diego, CA. This way you can feel free to try out our insoles without any risk. If you simply need to exchange for a different size, we will take care of shipping the replacement pair to you while you would need to ship the original purchase back to us. We generally recommend choosing the smaller size. However, each foot is different and the way the Soul Insole feels is different depending on the shoe. A shoe with a narrower midfoot section, some existing support and a more rigid medial wall will cause the Soul Insole to feel much higher in the arch region than a flat, wide shoe with a soft medial wall. For your first pair, get the small. If you feel like you need even more support, next time try the medium.

With USPS International First Class mail tracking is only through the US, after it leaves the US, there is no further tracking capabilities. The package will pass through customs and occasionally packages are held up in customs for an extended time. Once the package passes through customs, it is carried through your local post. There may be extra import duty/taxes required depending on which country you are having the insoles shipped to. The insoles do best when stored inside the house rather than outdoors, under the sun. The environment should be dry and the temperature cool to keep the insoles lasting as long as possible. Remember that if the insoles get dirty, they can be washed!
If they are kept in the same shoe mostly, stored in a cool dry place, washed with warm water, scrubbed clean and set out to dry, the insoles clean up and the adhesive regenerates so they will last a long time. If moved from shoe to shoe every day and/or left out in the sun, they can darken in color and become slightly less sticky. Also, sometimes the material can soak up the dye color from sandals. The insoles are very durable and will continue to maintain their shape. They will not compress over time. So, even an older pair that has lost some of its stickiness can be used underneath the liner in a shoe (like an athletic shoe) with a removable liner. If the adhesive has worn down, you can continue to get many years of life out of the insoles by using double sided tape to secure them in place. It’s important to be gentle when moving the insoles from one shoe to another. Also beware, some soaps, oils and foot powders can damage the adhesive. YES! Simply run under water, rub the dirt off, and set out to dry. The adhesive regenerates. If some of the grime is particularly hard to clean off, try using warm water and scrubbing it clean.
Our insoles can last anywhere from 6 months to 10 years depending on how they are cared for and used.
Our insoles come as a pair. Each package has both a left and a right insole.

2. Use the promocode: oneshoeonly when you place your order. This code will give you 50% off, so that you would only get 1 side (not a pair). If you would like 2 or more, just make sure to adjust the number that you would like to order.
~Most of our products (the heel wedge, metatarsal pad and toe spacers) come with a left and a right, which are mirror images of each other. If you were to place them underneath a shoe with a removable insole/liner and flip them upsidedown (sticky side face up), this makes it so that you can use the right side as the left. If the shoes that you plan to place them into do not have a removable liner, and you would like, for example, 2 left sides of the heel wedge (sticky side face down), we are happy to accommodate~
You may not be able to use your FSA / HSA card directly on our website. Only a few of these types of cards will work just like a credit card. Insoles are approved by most FSA / HSA accounts, so you will likely be able to make the purchase and submit a receipt to your carrier for reimbursement.
