Deciding between the Max Support and the Pro-Lite is based mostly on amount of support needed, arch height and type of shoes that you're placing them into. The Pro-lite is thinner — about 2/3 the thickness.
• If your arches are or more sensitive to support or if your shoes have some existing support, we recommend using the Pro-Lite so that you don't end up with too much support. It is great for preventative purposes and to fit high end comfort shoes / athletic shoes that come with some existing support.
• If your arches are medium or high, if you prefer more support, or if your shoes are flat and cushioned, the thicker Original Shoe Bubble can be preferable.
