Our Premium Metatarsal Pads are washable and re-usable. This design can be used alone, however we highly suggest combining with the Shoe Bubble Pro-Lite if arch support is additionally desired. Our Metatarsal pad helps to offload pressure from the front part of your foot (aka: forefoot, ball of foot). It also helps to reduce toe overextension and guide the forefoot fat pad to correct positioning by supporting the metatarsal heads.

How to Use

Please be sure that your shoes are clean and free of debris, dust or shoe powder
Remove the plastic film from the product to reveal the adhesive
Place sticky side down to the inside of your shoe where you need support. The front part of the metatarsal pad should drop off right before the metatarsal heads.

Care Instructions

To wash, remove the insoles from your shoes, run them under cool water and rub off any dust or debris
A dish soap can be used but is not necessary. Do not use hand soap as hand soaps often have lotions in them
Set out to air dry indoors (avoid sunlight)
Once dry, the adhesive regenerates and they are ready to be used again
Do not place in dishwasher or dryer
Please store your Shoe Bubble Insoles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
