How to Use

To use, slide the toe spacers between your toes
Place the largest side between the big toe and second toe, the smaller end will end up between the pinky toe and fourth toe

You can wear these while barefoot, while wearing toe-socks or regular socks and even inside your shoes if the toe box is wide enough for a comfortable fit
